Oh my pimple!

I don't believe in ghost!..not until yesterday, when i thought i saw a ghost in the  mirror while i was washing my face... but it turned out to be just me!..That ghost is really me, unfortunately!

As i was studying my face, i had a hard time accepting the reality that it was really me. It is totally different from my memory of my own face... I realized that gaining weight has not been very friendly with my skin, aside from "manas look" , my face is also oily and covered by pimples.

My husband jokingly said that pimples is the consequence of losing weight. On the normal days,  I would agree to him, but not when I surely believe i could be [pimpled free and sexy by simply taking my body.

Consequently, i immediately think of solving my problems--

According to Wikipedia, A pimple, zit or spot is a kind of acne, and one of the many results of excess oil getting trapped in the pores. Some of the varieties are pustules or papules.[1] Pimples can be treated by various acne medications prescribed by a dermatologist, or purchased at a drug store with a wide variety of treatments.

Oily skin goes together with pimples, it can be remedied either by over-the -counter medicine and natural method. The difference between the two is-- PRICE. In natural way, you need not spend extra money, only determination.

My natural ways of preventing and avoiding pimples are--

1.  Washing  face. Any kind of soap will do, provided all existing dirts in the face is removed immediately.
2. Massage your face. Massage helps the blood circulation in the face and exhaust dirt and sweat from the face.
3. Eat vegetables and fruits.

A pimple is not a disease that needs to be cured by medicine. It is the result of how we take care of our body and our skin.
